Refund Policy

At Fable Fox, we’re parents and gift-givers too. We know that sometimes, even after careful choosing, a toy might not be the "perfect fit" for your little one's current adventure. If that happens, don’t worry—we’ve built a return process that is as fair and transparent as possible.

The 30-Day Window You have a full 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if you’re happy with your purchase. To keep things fair for everyone, we ask that returned items are in their original state—unused, with tags still on, and tucked back into their original packaging.

Starting Your Return To get the ball rolling, just send a quick email to contact@thefablefox.us with your order number. We’ll take it from there and guide you through the steps. Please reach out to us first, as we can't process items that arrive at our door without a prior heads-up.

A Note on Shipping Costs We believe in transparency when it comes to shipping:

• If we missed the mark: If your item shows up damaged, defective, or we accidentally sent the wrong toy, we’ll step up and cover all return shipping costs. It’s our mistake, so it’s our bill.

• If it’s a change of heart: If the toy simply wasn’t what you expected or you no longer need it, we ask that you handle the return shipping costs.

Zero Restocking Fees We don't believe in penalizing you for changing your mind. Fable Fox will never charge you a restocking fee. You get back exactly what you paid for the product.

Quick Refunds Once your return arrives back at our nook and passes a quick inspection, we’ll hit the refund button immediately. You’ll see that credit back on your original payment method within 7 business days. Just remember, banks sometimes like to take their time, so it might take a few extra days to show up on your statement.

Damaged or Broken Items? Please give your package a good look as soon as it arrives. If something isn't right, let us know immediately. We’ll work fast to fix it, whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
